Cookie Policy

How cookies and similar technologies are used on 10 Minute Temp Email, including analytics, advertising, and consent.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and web beacons. They help websites remember sessions, prevent abuse, measure traffic, and support advertising.

2. Cookies we use

Essential

  • Mailbox session cookie — HttpOnly cookie used to prove ownership of an active temporary inbox. Required for the core service. Blocking it may prevent creating or accessing a mailbox.

Security / abuse prevention

  • Cloudflare Turnstile — may set cookies or similar storage as part of human verification when that check is enabled. See Cloudflare’s documentation for details.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

  • We use Google Analytics (gtag.js, measurement ID G-N10HE8P7T0) to understand site traffic and usage. Google may set cookies or use similar technologies as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
  • These cookies are non-essential. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland they default to off until consent is granted.

Advertising (Google AdSense and partners)

  • When ads are shown on eligible pages (the homepage and original articles), third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • These cookies may be used for personalized ads, frequency capping, measurement, and fraud prevention related to ad delivery. They are non-essential.

3. Consent

We use Google Consent Mode v2. For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies default to denied. When Google AdSense Privacy & messaging is active, a Google-certified consent management platform asks for your choice and updates those settings. Essential mailbox cookies do not require that choice.

4. Your choices / opt-out

  • Use the on-site consent message where it is shown.
  • Manage Google personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.
  • Opt out of some third-party advertising cookies via www.aboutads.info/choices.
  • Control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
  • Blocking essential cookies may prevent creating or accessing a temporary mailbox.

5. More privacy information
